Hello! I’m Inge. Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Here, I write about the food I cook, bake, eat, and share. There’s often a lot of soup. Everything I make is vegetarian and some things are vegan. This blog is a hobby for me; I teach linguistics and writing at local universities for my day job.
Most of the dishes I make are adaptions of others’ recipes. I am a big believer in citing your sources (it’s the academic in me, I think), so I will always link to the original recipe or otherwise cite my source of inspiration. I think everyone should do this!
